Installation & Service Process 

We start with the basics: the room or area you want to heat and cool, your comfort goals, equipment options, budget, and any concerns with placement, electrical, drainage, or appearance. 

The system is matched to the space as closely as possible. Room size, insulation, layout, windows, ceiling height, and cold-weather performance are all considered before recommending equipment. 

Before installation, I look at indoor unit placement, outdoor unit location, line set routing, condensate drain path, electrical needs, and where linehide or covers may be used for a clean finished look. 

Install work is performed with proper flaring, torque, pressure testing, vacuum process, and startup checks. The goal is a clean install that looks good and runs correctly. 

For service calls and cleanings, I check the system carefully, explain what I find, and recommend the next step. Deep cleaning may include indoor head cleaning, blower wheel cleaning, coil cleaning, filter cleaning, and drain checks. 

Before leaving, I review the system operation, remote functions, maintenance tips, and anything the homeowner should watch for. I want you to feel comfortable using and maintaining your mini split.
